I’ve never read any of David Jackson’s other books have now ordered all his back catalogue!
I thought this book was really well written. It’s a very disturbing storyline which will really make you flinch. However the author handles it excellently. The characters are really well drawn and there are many references to Cody’s backstory which is obviously covered in the previous books in this series. However it does very well as a stand-alone novel and doesn’t spoil it in any way not having read the earlier books.
There is a very clever twist at the end which I never saw coming in a million years and it certainly makes you think about who actually are the baddies.
I totally recommend it and can’t wait to read more.
