I really enjoyed this book it had me gripped from the very beginning. Anything involving child abduction is always a difficult read but this one was more keeping me hooked and wondering where this was all going. This is book three in the DS Nathan Cody series and I had not read the previous two books before but this didn't spoil it for me at all. No spoilers here but you are wondering why the husband and wife Malcolm and Harriet Benson did what they did and in the very first few pages you join them with an album and you are straight away wondering what the significance of this is and why abduct young girls? I read this when I was supposed to be packing and unpacking boxes but I kept on sneaking back to the book to find out what was happening and at the end I had to keep reading and looked at the clock and it was gone 1.00am! A really good thriller I think it's the best I have read for a long time.
