Spoiler alert!! Don't read on if you don't want to spoil anything - but in a nutshell - READ THE BOOK - its absolutely brilliant!!!

Jeez it’s dark but was REALLY good!! Couldn’t believe some of the stuff in it - how juicy it was & how it was so juicy so early on in the book too!!
Couldn’t believe it was Dr Maggie who was putting her on the operating table - I thought it was going to be her ex Patrick! & I was devastated that nobody believed her!
Can’t believe Dr Maggie also did that to the rat too (put hot sauce on him & then threw him against the wall :O)!!
Couldn’t tell if Alex was going to fall in love with the detective or the nurse, Nathan but sweet & happy with either of them.
Hated her ex, Patrick - he was a tool!
More dramatic things happened to, especially to the girls - so sad.. like the ‘self-abortion’ - but I don't want to go into lots of detail because I don't want to give too much of the book away - even though I've said a bit already!
