An excellent book, which will grip you from the very beginning. More so, the fact that it feels so realistic pulls you in to the horror that main character Alex is facing.
Strapped to a bed, unable to move, with a psychopath in front of you, how to you cope with this if you make it out alive? You would think, with the support of your colleagues/friends/family/partner. Unfortunately for Alex, this wasn't the case, no one believed her.
The story line follows Alex through her fall from grace, and as readers, we truly get invested in what is going to happen next.
Author, Liz, does an excellent job of adding twists and turns to make us question our own judgement of Alex, and where the story is going to go.
