I had seen endless good reviews about this book everywhere (IG, goodreads, amazon) and so when I started it my expectations were quite high.
It started off quite well. It was creepy, mysterious, unsual and what had happened?? I needed to know!
Soon enough I started to hate pretty much every character but the main one as everyone (EVERYONE) started to let her down.
I hated the fact that no one believed her, that they thought she was making the whole situation up and I felt so sorry for her.
There was a point where I just had to force myself to finish it (I never DNF books) but by the end of it I had lost all my interest and hopes in this book.
The end surprised a bit, I have to say. I didn't expect the "bad guy" to be that person. That hadn't crossed my mind. However, due to all the above, I couldn't give this book more than 2⭐.
