The first thing I noticed when opening the extract was how gorgeous the art was, the colors used aren't too bold and the illustrations give add to the peaceful sense in the book. I love how the book not only helps young children to relax but really anyone who reads the charming story can also feel instantly calm. In addition, this storybook is very clever at how it subtly can get children to relax and I think this book will be very helpful to children and parents alike.
