This looks like a really lovely picture book to read with little ones. The pictures are beautiful and it's a nice introduction to mindfulness and yoga breathing. I'm not sure what age group it's aimed at but would give it a try with my kids. Not sure if they will go for it over the likes of 'aliens love underpants' or if it matters so much what you read as long as you're having that time together
