The cover is beautiful and very eye-catching. I love the style of this, very simple, yet the repetition helps to convey the message. I like this a lot and whilst I’d read this with my daughter who needs to relax more before bed I think it’s aimed at a younger audience, perhaps those just starting school - I think this is a really beneficial book. Could also be read in a school setting when reception children have a lie down in the afternoon after lunch. The illustrations and concept are beautiful.
