This looks like a fantastic bedtime book for little ones. The pictures are beautiful with calming colours. The plot is simple and easy to follow, introducing little ones to different animals and settings. I loved the mindfulness aspect, focussing on the different senses and breathing techniques. This is what makes the book truly unique from others I have seen.
