This is a lovely thoughtful book to read with children at the end of the day. I have embraced mindfulness and I take a few hours a week lost in the beauty of enjoyment. Whether that be on the bus, listening to music or taking a small day out once every week where I can take some time for myself.

I have never thought of mindfulness in relation to children but I can see it’s usefulness when a child is overcome by anger or restlessness or anxiety. This is a book that will rank high on my list after reading the first look. I will be happy to read this with the children in my life and I will review it with great thought.
