The illustrious are gorgeous and my little one enjoyed looking at the beautiful colours and talking about each picture. I loved how each page reminds you to breath and calm your body and not only is this great for bedtime but also for a little one who needs a calm down after a busy morning or afternoon. This really benefited my little one and we had a cuddle while reading so we could breathe and be calm together which was great for bonding.
