Firstly a disclaimer that I don't have children... however, I think this is a really unique concept for a book and important reminder to focus on wellbeing.
The book is very colourful. I think children will love all the animals and be able to make the noises as they go. I think it will probably be aimed more towards younger children (aged 3-5)... I think older children may get a little bored.
