This book is absolutely stunning. The pictures are so beautiful that you can't help but be in awe of how beautiful it is. The colours are bold and the ombre pages are mesmerising ! The calming tone of the book made this a lovely bedtime read. I particularly enjoyed the way the book invited little readers to calmly take part, from slow breathing to deep breathing, it calms the minds. Also the animals are exotic! It teaches the children the ways of the jungle and the many animals which roam our planet and the natural habitant in which they life. I loved reading this to ky daughter and I know this is to become a regular bedtime routine for us. I recommend to all children of any age as the book teaches medication techniques and teaches young people to reflect and be resilient. A fun read for everyone. There's enough pages to make this a lovely read and set children off to bed..
