"Down the Sleepy River" is a calming and enjoyable picture book to read to children before bedtime. The story by Emma Drage is simplistic and lovely. The illustrations by Carmen Saldana are absolutely beautiful and very colourful. The pictures are very bright and gorgeous, bound to captivate little kids. I am certain that any sleepy child will really love this picture book. This book introduces mindfulness to children in a fun and simple way. The cover is very beautiful and eye catching. I especially love the font and gold foil used for the title.

Rarely have I found a book for my daughter which I genuinely look forward to reading but this one certainly does that! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect bedtime story
