This book Is a fab bedtime story for kids. The pictures are beautiful and it tells the story of different animals going to bed with calming reptitive sayings. It's very calming with nice colours on the pictures for the children to look at. My Two nieces loved this book and used it most nights as one of there bedtime books.
It's got a nice lot of characters in for the children to enjoy. I think this is a perfect mindfullness book to try to help children relax from a young age and anything that helps children get into a good routine for bed is always a good thing and the younger they start hopefully the easier it becomes. Its a nice family book for everyone to become involved In.
I would think it's even nice to introduce at nursery or early years at school as it helps the children recognise the importance of relaxing and trying to rest properly. If you have young kids give this a go.
