I thoroughly enjoyed reading this with my son.
We read it at bedtime and he has spectrum issues so bedtime can be challenging but this calmed him and he sat and listened to me read it through to the end so it did have a nice message and was lovely to read at bedtime to settle down to sleep.
The cute, boldly coloured animals too really engaged his interest and seeing them prepare for bed we tried to apply that to our own bedtime routine with the breathing etc.
The idea behind this was a really good concept a calming book to read to aid sleep and jungle animals appeal to many children to try to get them involved in the story.
I think this will be re read often and is just a handy tool for parents.
Great length as well to tell a story but not overlong either so a child would get bored.
All in all definitely a hit with me and my son so what more could I ask for?
