The art in the book is super cute! perfect for little kids. I would have loved to read this book when I was a child. I would defiantly recommend this book to any parents that has kids who love animals. This is the perfect book to read to your kid before bedtime. This book also talks about mindfulness in the beginning and give some facts about it. This is defiantly a heart-felt bedtime story to calm your kid down. once again, the art is adorable. It's the kid of childlike art that is clear but not over done. Its simple and it makes the mindfulness factor of this book really come out. The preview for this book was super short, so I don't really have any criticism for it. This book gives me goodnight moon vibes. some of the words are more complex in this book s it would probably be best for 4-5 year-olds. This book is like guided meditation for children.
