What a totally engaging book for little ones! The beautiful illustrations by Carmen Saldana are just wonderful. Little children are immediately drawn to the page with these engaging characters.
Credit also to its author Emma Drage who has taken on board the fact no one wants to go to bed alone … especially a young child. By having these little characters go through the usual before bedtime rituals ( I particularly liked the baby elephant having his bath!) any child would ‘adopt’ them as little friends I’m sure. Mindfulness is more important than ever in this ever changing modern World and having the security of reading this little book and partaking in its little exercise; breathe in; breathe out, let it out… I can see any parent sharing in this as they read .. I am certain it isn’t just the child that will benefit from this charming book!
