Down the Sleepy River is a brilliant book, that’s aimed for 1 to 5 years old.

Parents can read it to their children before bedtime to help them go off to sleep by breathing in and out, just like the book explains to do.

Children will love looking at the gorgeous colourful pictures of all kinds of animals, education them that all kind animals sleep too including whales that live in the sea.

This book is very well put together not only gorgeous pictures of animals and breathing exercises for young children but it also has introductory notes for caregivers by Dani Binnington, who is a wellbeing expert and a yoga teacher.

I have to recommend Down the Sleepy River book to all parents to read to their child before bedtime, as it might give your child a relaxing time before going to sleep. And if your child sleeps better it gives you that piece of mind.
