From picking up this wonderful book and seeing the cover you think this is going to be a lovely book and I was not disappointed. The illustrations are just amazing with all the lovely animals and the world they live in and the clever way the book gets the child you are reading to to think about breathing in and out and being calm is just so lovely. Not too many words each page but lots of lovely things to look and and chat about together which is great.
I am a new reader for this author but will definitely keep my eyes open for more books because I am so impressed with this one and hope to find more to enjoy with my granddaughter.
This book really is a great way to help a child unwind and get ready for bed. I just love it and think it would be a great addition to any child's bookcase. I am sure this will become a firm favourite to read together and it helps me relax too.
