With its reference in the first sentence to one of my favourite pieces of music,
Schumann's Fantasie in C Major, op17, this is a book which was always likely to appeal to me. That, combined with the powerful, intensely moving prologue and the following three chapters drew me in so completely to the lives of Richard, Karina and Grace that I just have to know what happens to them! As I loved "Still Alice" I know that Lisa Genova will break my heart with these new characters ....... if I'm fortunate enough to win a copy I'll have a box of tisues to hand!
