This is powerful. I love the way it's written, full of emotion and vivid enough that you can see it play out in your mind's eye. You so quickly get an impression of what the characters are like, but you can feel that as the story develops you're going to find out things that will challenge those presumptions.
This does seem like one of those tear-jerker style books, but for all the right reasons!
