I won’t say I am Karin Slaughter’s number one fan, it’s a little bit cliche, but….. I am a huge fan of her books, and I have read every single one of them, the Grant County and the Will Trent series, I have also read her stand alone novels and can’t wait until Pieces of Her is released on Netflix. Although I would definitely love Will Trent to have his own series.
I count down the days until her new novels are released, so when I saw the email from Readers First I was beyond excited!
Having read the first impression of this book once again, beyond excited! I aren’t one to be sucked into a book cover, you know the saying, ‘never judge a book by it’s cover, although you can’t help it with the Slaughter books, the covers always have an intriguing word or two that make you look twice, the cover to this is no different, what did he see you do? Never mind he knows who you are, I want to know what he saw! And why is there a single unshaded light bulb….does he lock you in a basement, what happened! My imagination went into overtime and that’s before I got started with the first impression! This book would definitely move to the top of my TBR (to be read) pile.
