Honestly my mother constantly raves about Karen Slaughter and until now I've never really checked out any of her works, I've simply just ignored my mother's recommendations (I know, I know - awful!) and moved on with my life. But this actually sounds really good! And I'm super intrigued to find out what happens next! Who knows, maybe she will become my favourite author too!
