Unfortunately I fell behind the date for reviewing this book. It was not this book that caused that but the previous one which I found very hard work.

Once I started this one I couldn't put it down and true to form, Karin Slaughter always builds her characters well and the fact that she engineered the book around the latest Pandemic was fantastic.

The interaction between the two sisters, the boy they babysat for and other related characters was brilliant, each taking the blame for the other until the end when one of the sisters took drastic action and was determined that the blame should be with her.

I have always enjoyed Karin's books whether they were stand alone or part of the series books she has written and this was no exception. The only disappointment I had was not starting it sooner.

I have learnt my lesson now and vow I will not try and red another non-fiction book.
