Being from a country that is deeply passionate for its culture, I always love to read stories that remind me of my childhood in Pakistan. The cultures may not be similar, but the homely feeling that emerges from deep within my heart while reading stories that celebrate culture and heritage is absolutely sublime. So I jump on every chance I get to read such books, even though it's not very often that I get this opportunity, sadly.
Since this is a short picture book for children, I am even more excited to see the illustrations and recommend it to my younger cousins. That first look looks scrumptious and the illustrations are divine!
