I love exploring the food of other cultures and frankly I wish I had books like this as a child. What is more simultaneously universal and diverse as food? Bonding over food is probably something we can all understand and therefore something to bring us all closer. Not only this, but getting children interested in cooking is absolutely something to cheer on.
