1970's Glasgow based police procedural with moments of tongue in cheek humour.

An Old Firm football player is found at the top of a partially built office block with two bullet holes in him and a message scrawled on his chest. Could he have been killer by his prospective father in law Jake Scobie, godfather to the North of the city? Or is someone else to blame and the motive yet to be discovered. Soon McCoy is in a race to get to the killer before there are any more murders or Glasgow is torn apart by gang warfare.
