While the author no doubt had good intentions for this book, the discussions presented within the first few chapters of the first look were covered in such a way that I felt like I was being spoken down to and subjected to hear a lifestyle rather than actual factually based ways of making our lives better and improving wellbeing. The writing style is rather overly academic and comes off as pretentious. Unfortunately this put me right off, the ambiguity of the cover also threw me right off. I'm sad to say that only way I would read this book would be if I was paid to do so.
