I'm not usually fond of books that provide advice and make you think of a deeper meaning to life, specifically how to live it to the fullest as you can. However, I find myself thoroughly captivated by this book and all it has to say about wellbeing. As someone who doesn't follow a religion, I was a bit skeptical to read this with the addition of christianity, but I was actually really happy to read from another perspective of faith and broaden my mindset on something I had taken no interest in before.

This book isn't something I would consider cliche, but rather informative and something to motivate you to be better, whether it be regarding school, work or other stressful situations. You're reassured that as a human being, life can be exactly that, and with this, you can still achieve your full potential even though it becomes hard at times. It makes you ask yourself a variety of questions within the pages regarding your life and wellbeing - to which has actually given me more insight and a mentality on how to improve myself overall.

I am quite intrigued and definitely want to read the rest of this informative book because has broadened my entire view on life in itself and has made me recognise issues I may have - one definitely being my sleep schedule which is something I've now decided to try an change.
