A Useful Tool Without Being Too Much

I am always a little sceptical when it comes to self-help books or mindfulness books because they either really amazing or extremely patronising and end up making me feel worse in the long run. It can be a hard balance. However, from the small sneak peek and the blurb, this seems to be a very down to earth self-help book that covers a lot of areas many of us tend to roll our eyes at.

Dr Richard Pile seems to be offering advice from his own experience whilst also being completely transparent about why he's putting so much weight on each topic. Definitely seems to be a useful tool that doesn't come across as being 'too much'.
