Could be interesting
I think this could be an interesting read, however I'm not sure just yet if this is for me. Its definitely something out of my comfort zone and different to anything else I have read.
The book appears to have some good advice on wellbeing, but I'm not sure how I feel about the book overall.
I also feel the cover leans more to a book on nutrition rather than wellbeing in general.
