I am sorry to say that I didn't like this book very much at all.
I have read some self-help books so that wasn't the problem.
I just felt the chapters needed breaking up into smaller paragraphs as it was quite hard going reading bog paragraphs with lots of information.
I think the advice given was good but unfortunately I was bored reading this first impression.
