Easy and useful!
So far, the guide feels easy to follow, simple and helpful. I like that the book talks about spirituality in relation to fitness!
Often fitness and health guides become too technical and are hard to keep up with, but I have found this one useful and have even enjoyed reading it!
I like the cover and the aesthetics of the book, again it is simple and doesn't feel overwhelming (which is important).
Whilst informative, it isn't too technical and off-putting for beginners or people who just want to learn a little bit about fitness - I would definitely give this one ago! My first impression of the book has been extremely positive and I am interested in finishing the fitness guide through to the end.
