Its not really my type of book but I sure do like the idea of it. I actually really wanted to work on myself in lockdown so maybe this book could be useful. The writing style was easy to read so that's nice but I really didn't like the cover. The cover of the book was so simple and if I was in a bookstore it wouldn't have cached my eye. I probably would have mistook it for a cooking book.
