Everybody should practice self care and look after their bodies. There were things in the First Impression that I didn't know and learnt today and some things that I did know but had forgotten so it's good to get a refresher.
I particularly liked the writing style, it feels personal like the author is talking directly to you so it doesn't feel preachy. I also like that he tells his story and his upbringing, again it brings us closer to the author.
