I must say I am intrigued by this book. Personally I feel at a happy balance with both my physical and mental health needs cared for but I know many people who have not found that balance and may benefit from reading this book. This could be a particularly interesting take on the issue from both a faith and medical perspective. I'm looking forward to reading it.
