I have read a few non fiction books and self help books that I just have completely gelled with. This sadly was not one of them. From the first page I was not interested in the authors background and not at all interested in the religious aspect. I read on to see if it would pick up but it did not. A boring book that probably has limited it's target audience by introducing religion into it.
