I do enjoy a non fiction book occasionally, so this was an interesting book which popped up. I’m also relatively healthy so enjoy learning about any research into health and fitness. What I’m not interested at all in is religion so as soon as I saw the God and Christianity link and mentions in the first look, it put me right off I’m afraid.
