Not for me

After reading the first few pages I really don't think this is the type of book I'd appreciate enough to enjoy. I can see a lot of people might benefit from a book like this however it's all a little too much in my eyes. I seems to be a little heavy on the religious side and even being a religious person
myself I'm not a fan of religion taking over within the pages of a self help book.
