Another self-help book that starts off by telling you that it is not like all of the other self help books. Well I read a few pages and decided that yes it probably was exactly like all of the other self help books. ie pages and pages of statement of the blindingly obvious. Plus I don’t subscribe to any religious faith so I suspect that to say I am not in the target audience would be a massive understatement
