I have read self-help books in the past but I don't tend to enjoy them... and having read the first few chapters of this one, unfortunately, I don't think I'll be reading to the end.

There's a lot of detail about the author's beliefs and how they have reached that conclusion. It sometimes reads more like an autobiography than a guide to better health and wellbeing. Furthermore, I feel like some of the chapters are already common knowledge (I.e. getting enough sleep).

I think it would have been better to lay the book out with lots of pull out boxes of added information and practical exercises, to break up the long paragraphs of text.
