I couldn't find the usual link to 'Read the First Look' so can't make any judgment about the author's writing style. However, the synopsis would definitely encourage me to consider buying this book as I believe we need to adopt a holistic attitude to looking after our health and general wellbeing. Even the cover looks 'healthy'!
