I've been looking for something to read on health so it was good timing for this book to drop on to Readers First! Many of us could do with some pushing and prodding in the right direction. Most of it is common sense, but doesn't hurt to have it pointed out to you at times. Very interested to read and will hopefully find some useful information for the future.
