I think now is the perfect time for this book to be released. I love the front cover - the connotations of citrus fruit with clean and fresh and water with health and purity instantly drew me in. The language used is so accessible, it doesn't feel like someone preaching at you, it feels like a friend saying 'hey, I have been where you are now and we have got this!'
