First of all, this type of book is not a genre I would usually choose but I was intrigued to read this. In somewhat difficult times I feel everyone could benefit from some self awareness and positive thinking. The narrative is well written and if it is your sort of think then I would recommend trying it. Not one for me, sadly, but in no way the fault of the Author.
