Well, this is different! I’m not sure how I feel about what is effectively a self help book. While I can see the merits in taking on board the ideas and statements that will no doubt be laid out in this book, I’m not sure if I would be the type to take on these suggestions for a different way to live, eat and be healthy. An interesting concept nonetheless but I expect you would have to be in the right frame of mind to take it on.
