Self-help books have never really appealed to me and being lectured at by celebs or so-called famous people drives me mad. However, I decided I would try very hard to review this book with an open mind and am so pleased I did. The description of certain authors/preachers as "smug" made me smile and realise that the author was someone totally on my wavelength & I wanted to read the whole book.
