I really wanted to have a chance to read this book as I thought it was going to be great. I knew this book was going to be quite different as I'd never read anything focused on the topic of health before. In my opinion, it exceeded my expectations and really helped me think in a more different and healthier mindset about life. Dr Richard Pile really explained and went into detail about what 'health' actually means and the different ways it can be interpreted, and it really made me think about what my interpretation was too. Also, because of how much has changed since this whole pandemic, I think many of us needed a mental boost to get us going on a straight path again, and this was the book that did the job for me. He has given us lots of helpful tips about keeping healthy and safe. I would totally recommend this book for all ages and it definitely won't let you down!
