Dr Richard Pile's book Fit for Purpose.
Well I really did find this hard going.
I fully expected to find a book full of interesting information that I could relate too and that really would help my quality of life.
Sadly this book didn't prove to do this for me.
I do agree that if we ignore the basic needs of life ie: sleep,nutrition,movement,relaxarion,relationships and lifes purpose we would not have much of a meaningful life.
This book is proported to be our guide to better health, wellbeing and living a meaningful life and containing expert guidance with ideas that using the changes suggested will improve our mental, spiritual, and physical health.
Dr Richard Pile is addressing health issues that effect our society with informative and practical help.
That the way forward is to take small achievable steps alongside targeted instruction.
That sounds like a sensible suggestion!
